The historical village of Offham has a traditional country pub, The Kings Arms serving food and local beers, we have a well-stocked farm shop and café at Spadework Garden Centre, and miles of unspoilt rural walking. Village activities include the traditional annual May Day Festival and the autumn Classic Car day staged on the green in the centre of the village, the green itself is home the last British quintain used for jousting in Medieval times.
The nearby town of West Malling boasts plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafés and tea-rooms, while its range of individual stores and monthly Farmers’ Market draw the crowds. A community of Benedictine nuns was founded here in the 11th century, and the town features a wealth of appealing, ancient buildings.
